NEW SKIN CARE UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                           Beautiful skin starts on the inside then the outside. Lets get started on some thing I have come to learn over the last couple of months. Your skin is a organ it need's lot of water to keep it healthy. Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water makes a big difference in our skin. It helps flush out the toxins in our body so that means clearer skin. I have also come to learn that taking vitamin A is very good at treating skin issues, It helps heal skin quicker and it helps with Acne. The biggest secret I have discover thanks to my mother is taking the vitamin Zinc. It helps control the amount of oil produced in the skin which is the cause of 90% breakouts.  We are all human our skin can get crazy over ANYTHING lol like stress, oil produced by our skin, bacteria trapped in pores, the food we eat. Dairy products believe it or not do cause break outs. Heres another key factor BE GENTLE WITH YOUR SKIN! scrubbing your skin will make skin issues worse, never be ruff with your skin especially if you have a break out at the time. Also try not to use all kinds of different products on your skin, this cause skin irritation. When looking for good skin care products READ LABELS, try to use things that have natural ingredients. Pure Vitamin E oil is amazing at healing scars caused by breakouts. If you have oily skin try using product that say OIL FREE so it wont clog your pores. If you have had skin discoloration you may want to invest in a CHEMICAL PEEL, these do wonders in removing acne scars and blemishes. I hope this short update will help. But when you do get a break out be patient we are human with some TLC you will be back clear in no time. :)
